We had AM/PM come out to trim some trees away from the roof, which although a small job was urgent because our insurance demanded it. Some other companies I called won't even consider a job that's just pruning back some trees, but AM/PM was more than willing to come give a quote and then do the job.

They were able to get us scheduled quickly even though they've been busy due to the massive storms that have been knocking trees down all across the Bay Area.

They were on time, worked quickly, and left my yard even cleaner than when they arrived! I'll definitely call them next time I need some tree work done!

We've used AM/PM three times this year. First, when a storm caused a tree to break on our front lawn nearly hitting our house.  Second, when they came back to cut down the other tree that might do the same thing. Third, when we had them do some extensive trimming in our backyard this week.  Each time, the crew was professional, dependable and skilled.  They clean up after themselves and go the extra mile.The office always answered the phone and was reachable and professional.  They are not the cheapest bid but they are a tight organization that does the best work.

We hired AM/PM to remove two trees from our sloped front yard. One was fairly large and the other was on the smaller side. AM/PM showed up on time with all their equipment and had the trees down in no time. They cleaned up and hauled away all the debris and ground out the stumps. They did a fantastic job and we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for tree service, except that we no longer have any trees on our property for the moment, haha.

They did a great job and we are so happy that ALL of our cactus have been removed! Our palm trees look great and fruit trees all cleaned up. They were very communicative, friendly and the price was very fair. We will definitely be having them come back for future jobs! Thank you Dave and team!

They provided emergency tree service when the wind blew down my 35ft spruce tree which was leaning dangerously over my neighbor's car. Brittney responded to my call and provided real time status on when the crew would arrive - they arrived same day despite many emergency calls. Extremely professional crew. They even pushed my neighbor's car out of harms way as the car battery was dead. Impeccable clean up as well. Strongly recommend this business to anyone in the Benicia or Vallejo area. Also, Brittney called to follow up with the stump grinding as well. This firm should serve as a model for other small businesses. Customer service is alive and well.

I want to give a shout out to David Ingalls & his crew at AM/PM for their professional & efficient work on our redwood and silver oak trees. Tree climbing is an art & when you add in the ability to "see" not only what needs to be done for safety but also for looks & view while maintaining the beauty of the trees, it's an added bonus. The area was completely cleaned when they were done & they were efficient in their work. I highly recommend them!

Dave Engel and his team are great! They removed a pine tree from our sloped yard.  They did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards.

SUPER AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SCHEDULING!  I am so happy with their response time and method of scheduling that I had to post in advance of my quote!  UPDATE:   Estimate completed over the weekend as promised, continued excellent customer service e and very reasonable price.  The tech who gave the estimate will also be who dies the work! Greatness!
